To come from the NJ Turnpike :

Take exit 9 and after tolls stay to the right for Route 18 North.

Take Route 18 North to the Albany Street (Route 27) South exit.

Take Albany Street to Nielson Street and turn left.

One block down on Nielson street, make a right onto Church Street Proceed uphill on Church Street past George Street, the TechTrain entrance will be on your left about half-way down before Spring Street.

From I-287 :

Take exit 9, make right onto River Road.

Stay on River road several miles. Upon entering New Brunswick, watch for the entrance to Route 18 South on the right. Take Route 18 south for about half mile, take the exit for George Street. Follow George Street into downtown New Brunsick past Albany Street, then take the right onto Church Street. The TechTrain entrance will be on your left about half-way down before Spring Street.
